Shipping Policy

Lucky L's Boutique ships to U.S. locations with a shipping fee of either $7.00 or $20.00, depending on your selection. Orders are then shipped via USPS priority or first class and usually arrive between 2-5 business days. Please keep in mind USPS will most likely experiencing delays in delivery times during the holiday season. 

 

IThe risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website will be passed to you when the merchandise is delivered to USPS. Therefore, we are not responsible for delays in shipping, lost or damaged items, or products marked "Delivered" by USPS. All orders will receive a tracking number once the label is created for the order. If tracking states that your order has been delivered, it is YOUR responsibility to contact USPS and file a claim if necessary. If package is lost or stolen, we are not responsible for refunding or replacing merchandise.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

At Lucky L's Boutique, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 15-day return period. Please ensure the following:

 

-The item must be returned in its original condition with all tags intact.

-The product must be unworn, unwashed, and free from any alterations.

  

Items that have been washed, dried, or show signs of wear are not eligible for return.

 

Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
